Here's what you'd do:

This position supports two to three Financial Accounting teams. 

  • You would be responsible for opening, determining appropriate action, scanning, and distributing the mail. 
  • In addition to general duties, you may be asked to perform additional ad hoc administrative activities in a fast-paced, team environment using critical thinking, problem-solving, and relationship management.
  • Scan and electronically distribute mail.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative activity.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $20.26 - $21.76 / hr . 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (6 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative position.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Proven success partnering and interacting with all levels of Cast Members/Employees, including Executive Leadership.
  • Good proficiency with standard office tools such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SAP, and Concur.
  • Generally, tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills.
  • Effective, good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful, flexible, and responsible.
  • Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
  • Extremely well organized and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to partner effectively and work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
