Legal Entity Governance Analyst/Legal Assistant:

Only three plus years of experience required Midtown Columbus Circle, NYC Hybrid Onsite(4days onsite)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide meeting support (including preparation of materials, attendance, action items and ensuring timely submissions of reporting materials)
• Liaison and key point of contact with for board secretariat vendor; preparation of state annual reports for entity jurisdictions
• Key point of contact for Blueprint, BoardPad, and Diligent systems to ensure proper legal entity management
• Facilitate, coordinate and analyze data to prepare legal entity governance presentations for boards and committee meetings (annual legal entity rationalization review, annual board/committee performance assessment, annual governance assessment, and Legal Entity Organization Chart)
• Coordinate the Legal Entity Approval Process (LEAP) for the Americas region to ensure proper legal entity lifecycle management
• Maintain department coverage, annual meeting calendars, and SharePoint

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with senior management across businesses and infrastructure functions; experience interacting with people of diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and management levels
• Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while paying close attention to details
• Ability to be proactive, solution-oriented with strong attention to detail, to ensure high quality and consistency of output
• Intermediate level of understanding with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
