I am a business owner seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to work with me on a long-term basis. This is a direct, one-on-one role — not a recruiting or agency position.
The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative and online tasks to help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Manage email and handle routine communications
* Perform data entry and conduct internet research
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Assist with social media tasks (posting content and basic engagement)
* Organize files and manage documents
* Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Good organizational and time-management abilities
* Basic computer and internet proficiency
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently
* Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is a plus (not required)
