Job Description

Salary: $85,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience with enterprise data governance tools, particularly Collibra, focusing on metadata management, lineage tracking, data stewardship, and governance workflows.
• Comprehensive understanding of Databricks platforms, particularly around governance controls and utilizing Unity Catalog for secure and regulated data access.
• Experience integrating governance within data engineering workflows, applying policy as code, adopting standardized practices, and implementing CI/CD processes.
• Knowledgeable in data quality and observability practices, including monitoring data freshness, volume metrics, schema variations, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Proven track record collaborating with data engineers, architects, and security teams to produce reputable and compliant data products.

• Develop and implement strategies for enterprise data governance utilizing Collibra, ensuring efficiency in metadata management and governance workflows.
• Oversee the integration of governance controls within Databricks platforms, facilitating secure and compliant data access.
• Embed governance principles within data engineering pipelines, leveraging policy as code and CI/CD methodologies.
