Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas.
• Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
• Conduct thorough floor care including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices and housekeeping management techniques.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service in the hospitality industry.
