Marketing Coordinator

Pay Range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Position Overview

Interpak is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and coordinate packaging production across multiple company brands.

This role combines creative support and packaging graphic production. While the position primarily contributes to marketing materials and visual assets, it also plays an important role in keeping packaging projects and production workflows moving.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable balancing creative tasks with operational responsibilities and collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Coordination Support

• Assist with marketing initiatives across Interpak and affiliated brands
• Help prepare marketing emails and campaigns using Zoho tools
• Support website and social media updates, including copy, graphics, and imagery
• Assist with sales and marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, blogs, and case studies
• Help organize trade show materials and marketing assets
• Ensure materials follow established brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
• Help coordinate projects between marketing, sales, and production teams
• Provide occasional support for vendor and customer communications related to artwork or samples

Packaging Production & Artwork Coordination

• Prepare artwork files for packaging decoration, including foil stamp dies and other print tooling
• Coordinate the ordering of foil stamping dies and related tooling with external vendors
• Assist with die-lines, press sheet layouts, and packaging artwork preparation when needed
• Help prepare packaging mockups and visual concepts for internal and customer use

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, graphic design, print production, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or similar tools)
• Comfort using modern AI-assisted creative and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools to support research, writing, design ideation, and image editing
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and across departments

Bonus Points (But Not Required)

• Experience with print production, packaging, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, email marketing platforms, or CRM systems
• Examples of relevant work, including graphic design, marketing materials, packaging concepts, or other creative projects. Professional, freelance, and academic projects are all welcome.
