FT COMMUNITY MANAGER - AFFORDABLE HOUSING
CRM Rental Management, Inc. is currently seeking an practiced Full Time Community Manager in Albany, NY Area . HUD / LIHTC Housing expertise is preferred. The qualified candidate will possess the following practice as well:
Full Time Community Manager - Qualifications required
»Excellent communication and organizational expertise
»Confident, positive attitude, and capability to multi-task.
» capability to interact with a wide variety of people.
» capability to assume responsibilities.
»Diplomacy in handling problems of residents.
»COS and/or TCS (Tax Credit) certification preferred.
»Fair Housing certification preferred.
» expertise of maintenance.
»Proven team leader
Full Time Community Manager - Administrative tasks:
»Responsible for leasing of units.
»Responsible for physical, financial and program compliance of the asset.
»Handles the collection of rents and all other collections (i.e., security deposits, late rents)
»Assists attorney and Regional Property Manager with any legal proceedings.
»Maintain all office and resident files.
»Prepare and process new applications, move-ins and annual lease renewals.
»Prepare and maintain monthly reports while utilizing the property management software.
»Responsible for resident retention.
»Managing the waitlist in conformity with Resident Selection Criteria to ensure Fair Housing.
»Assist the area Regional Property Manager with special reports and administrative tasks.
»Identifies problems and make recommendations to the Property Manager.
Full Time Community Manager - Relationships:
»Reports to the Property Manager
»Maintains relationships with other departments within CRM.
