Job Description

Robert is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be vital in supporting our leadership team. You will serve as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall productivity and success of Robert. Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming communications including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Assist with personal and professional tasks as required to streamline executives’ schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners effectively.
  • Maintain confidential documents and ensure information privacy.
  • Manage expense reports and process administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
