What you’ll do:
The Recruiting & Talent Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment across Joint Venture Restaurant Group’s restaurant and corporate teams, with a focus on attracting high-quality, hospitality-driven talent. This role partners closely with operations leadership to support high-volume hiring needs while also contributing to broader talent initiatives, including onboarding, employee experience, and workforce planning during periods of lower hiring activity.
