Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging, on-brand content across social media platforms.

This role focuses on content creation, including short-form video, photography, graphics, and captions, with the goal of increasing engagement, brand awareness, and audience growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands current social media trends, and can translate brand messaging into compelling visual and written content.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others as needed
• Produce short-form video content, including reels, stories, and TikTok videos
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media use
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic copy aligned with brand voice
• Plan and execute content according to a posting calendar
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and platform best practices
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Assist with content scheduling and posting
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, or leadership teams to support campaigns and launches
• Maintain a consistent look and feel across all social channels
• Monitor engagement metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and views
• Use performance insights to improve future content
• Identify what content resonates best with the audience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
• Experience with video editing tools and content creation apps
• Excellent visual eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Strong writing skills for captions and social copy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking creative initiative
