Our team offers bilingual, school-based, and home-based speech services focused on meeting each child where they are.
We're looking for a compassionate, energetic, and team-oriented Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Katy, TX . You'll work side-by-side with licensed SLPs to bring therapy to life, helping students with IEPs make real progress—one word, one connection, one breakthrough at a time.
Support SLPs with therapy sessions (individual and group)
Implement treatment plans and track student progress
Build meaningful connections with students and their families
Keep documentation organized and TEA-compliant
Collaborate with school staff for a team-based approach
Communicate regularly with your SLP supervisor and caregivers
Help students meet their communication goals—and celebrate every win!
Associate's degree (SLPA program required); Bachelor's degree preferred
SLPA certification (or eligibility)
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A love for helping children with speech and language challenges
Organized, dependable, and collaborative team spirit
