Welcome to Mind Oriented! By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

• Courses are open to children and teens in designated age groups (as specified on the course page).

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from our team.

2. Course Structure

• Each course includes a fixed number of classes, delivered online through live sessions.

• Sessions are designed to be interactive and require active participation from the student.

• The schedule and duration of each class will be shared in advance.

3. Attendance & Participation

• Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for the best learning outcome.

• If a student misses a class, recordings or make-up options (if available) will be communicated by our team.

4. Refund Policy

• We offer a 100% refund if requested within the first 5 classes.

• Refund requests must be:

  • Made before the 6th class.

  • Sent via email to mindoriented55@gmail.com.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–8 working days from the date of request.

• No refunds will be provided after 5 classes have been completed.

5. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and courteously during all sessions.

• Disruptive behavior, bullying, or inappropriate language may result in removal from the course without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course content, including materials, videos, exercises, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Mind Oriented.

• Sharing, reproducing, or distributing course material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Data & Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for course-related communication and updates.

• We will not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.

8. Technical Requirements

• Students must have a stable internet connection, a functional device (laptop/tablet), and access to Zoom or any other platform we use for delivery.

• Mind Oriented is not responsible for technical issues from the user's end.

9. Modifications

• Mind Oriented reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and communicated to enrolled students.
